What Mind Guard 365 can help with
Mind Guard 365 is a self-help and education app. It can support your everyday wellbeing by helping you:
- Check in with how you are feeling and notice patterns over time
- Use breathing and grounding exercises to steady a difficult moment
- Follow short, guided wellbeing programmes and reflections
- Learn about looking after your mental wellbeing
What Mind Guard 365 cannot do
- It is not monitored by clinicians. No doctor, therapist or crisis worker sees what you enter or is alerted if you are struggling.
- It is not an emergency or crisis service. It cannot send help, respond in real time or contact anyone on your behalf.
- It is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. It does not assess, diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition and does not replace professional care.
