If you feel unsafe or are thinking about self-harm

If you are feeling unsafe, having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or feel you may not be able to keep yourself safe, please reach out to a person now. You deserve support, and talking to someone can help. The services below are free, confidential and there to listen, you do not have to be in crisis to contact them.

If you are outside the UK or US, you can find a helpline in your country through findahelpline.com. The Mind Guard 365 app also signposts crisis resources based on the country in your profile.

Looking after yourself in the app

Inside the app, the Help Me Now area brings together calming tools and crisis contacts in one place. You can reach it at any time without a subscription.
