Support your team without workplace surveillance.
Mind Guard 365 gives employees daily self-help tools, check-ins and guided exercises while keeping personal wellbeing data private. Employers fund access and see anonymous adoption reporting only, never individual wellbeing data.

For employers
Fund wellbeing, not surveillance
Offer a meaningful benefit with seat-based access, invite codes and adoption reporting that respects individual privacy.
Seat-based access
Fund a set number of seats for your organisation and invite employees with simple codes.
Anonymous adoption reporting
See seat activation and usage trends, plus grouped check-in themes when enough employees are active. Never individual mental health content.
No workplace surveillance
Employers buy access, not insight. Mood trends, journal text and SOS usage are never shared.
Privacy promise
Your team's mental health data is not a management dashboard.
Mind Guard 365 for Employers is built on the same privacy principles as the consumer app. Employers fund seats. Employees keep control of their personal data.
The employer buys access, not insight
Mood trends, journal text and SOS usage are never shared with employers. Personal wellbeing data stays between the employee and Mind Guard 365.
Anonymous reporting only
Employers see adoption metrics such as seats activated and sessions completed. When enough employees are active they may also see grouped check-in themes (supportive or pressure tags). Reports are counts only and never identify anyone.
Clear consent in the app
Before joining, employees see exactly what their employer can and cannot see. They can disconnect anytime in settings.
Employee FAQ
Common questions from employees
- Can my employer see my data?
- No. Your employer pays for access but cannot see your check-ins, journal entries, mood history, SOS activity or personal app usage. They may see anonymous, aggregated adoption statistics and, when enough employees are active, grouped check-in themes (supportive or pressure tags chosen during check-ins). These are counts only and cannot identify you.
- What does the employer dashboard show?
- Anonymous adoption metrics such as seats activated, check-ins and sessions. When enough employees are active, grouped check-in themes may also appear (for example common supportive or pressure tags). Individual wellbeing content is never shown, and tags with very few mentions are hidden.
- What happens if I leave the company?
- You can disconnect from the employer benefit in app settings. Premium then follows your personal subscription or free tier rules.
