The employer buys access, not insight
Mood trends, journal text and SOS usage are never shared with employers. Personal wellbeing data stays between the employee and Mind Guard 365.
Administrative membership information
Employers can see who has benefit access, including membership names, email addresses and join dates. Individual wellbeing content and app activity are not available. Wellbeing reports are unavailable under the current reporting permissions.
Clear consent in the app
Before joining, employees see exactly what their employer can and cannot see. They can disconnect anytime in settings.
