Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Mind Guard 365 account and the personal data we hold for that account. Last updated with the same date as our privacy policy.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Mind Guard 365 app on your phone.
2. Sign in with the same email you used to create your account.
3. Go to Settings → Data and Privacy.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

After you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion. You are signed out and the app stops syncing new data to our servers. Your profile, check-ins, program progress and related account data stay in our database for 30 days so you can restore the account if you change your mind.

Restore within 30 days: sign in again with the same email. The app will ask whether you want to Restore my account. Choosing restore cancels the deletion schedule and brings back your existing data.

If you do not restore within 30 days, we permanently delete your auth account and remove linked database rows (profile, check-ins, program state, progress, education state, trials and purchase metadata). The app clears local caches on your device when you request deletion.

Option 2: Email us

Send a message from the email address on your account to privacy@mindguard365.com with the subject line "Mind Guard 365 account deletion request". We will confirm your identity if needed and schedule deletion on the same 30-day basis unless we must keep certain records for legal reasons (we will tell you if that applies).

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your Mind Guard 365 account does not cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions by itself. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions so you are not charged after you stop using the app.

What we keep

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain where it cannot be linked back to you. If you only use the website without creating an app account, we may have no account to delete; see our privacy policy for cookies and analytics.
