Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Mind Guard account and the personal data we hold for that account. Last updated with the same date as our privacy policy.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Mind Guard app on your phone.
2. Sign in with the same email you used to create your account.
3. Go to Settings → Data and Privacy.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

After you confirm, we remove your Supabase auth user. Database rows tied to your user id (profile, check-ins, program state, progress, education state, trials and purchase metadata) are removed automatically. The app clears local caches on the device.

Option 2: Email us

Send a message from the email address on your account to privacy@mindguard365.com with the subject line "Mind Guard account deletion request". We will confirm your identity if needed and delete the account within 30 days unless we must keep certain records for legal reasons (we will tell you if that applies).

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your Mind Guard account does not cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions by itself. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions so you are not charged after you stop using the app.

What we keep

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain where it cannot be linked back to you. If you only use the website without creating an app account, we may have no account to delete; see our privacy policy for cookies and analytics.
