Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2026-06-17
We want Mind Guard 365 to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we keep working to improve it.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website and mobile app where practical. For users in the United States we also work towards alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 expectations.
What we do
- Screen reader support: interactive elements have text labels and roles so they can be read by screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- Colour contrast: we choose text and control colours that aim to meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
- Scalable text: the app supports your device font-size settings so you can make text larger.
- Plain language: we write in clear, calm, everyday English and avoid jargon and clinical terms.
- Reduced cognitive load: we keep screens focused, break tasks into small steps and avoid long dense blocks of text.
- Accessible navigation: consistent layout, clear headings and a skip-to-content link on the website.
Known limitations
We are honest that some areas are still being improved. We are reviewing colour contrast on a small number of secondary elements, refining focus order in a few flows and expanding test coverage with assistive technology. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
Giving feedback
If you have trouble using any part of Mind Guard 365, or you would like content in a different format, please contact us at privacy@mindguard365.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use, and we will do our best to help and to fix the issue.
